The method
Most training splits your body into parts — chest day, leg day, isolated stretches for whatever hurts. But you don't move in parts. You move as a whole. Functional Patterns is built around that idea. We work on the movements that actually matter — how you walk, run, throw — and when those improve, a lot of the pain just sorts itself out.

How it works
Movement & posture assessment
We hop on a 60-minute video call. I watch how you walk, how you stand, and I break down what I see. You'll get a clear picture of what's going on and what we'd work on. Before the call, you fill out an intake form — if something jumps out about your diet or sleep, I'll bring that up too.
Your training plan
I build a program around what your body actually needs — including myofascial release work. We start with 2–3 live sessions per week, basically like training together in person but over video.
Feedback between sessions
You film yourself doing the exercises and send it over whenever. I watch everything, tell you what's on track, what needs tweaking. You can message me directly on Telegram or WhatsApp.
Your foundation is set
Once the base is solid, we can dial back the frequency — or keep going if you want to. Some clients transition to ongoing coaching, others feel ready to continue on their own. Either way, you'll understand your body on a level most people never reach. It's your call.

Your own training plan, live coaching 2–3 times a week over video, feedback on your practice between sessions, and direct access to me on Telegram or WhatsApp. We adjust as you progress. Most clients work with me for 3–6 months.
Ongoing coaching

For people who've been through the intensive phase and want to keep going. 4 sessions a month plus I review your training videos between calls.

I got into this because my own back was a mess. It started when I was a teenager — blocks, spasms, the whole thing. At one point I was going in for spinal injections on a regular basis. I tried physio, rehab, trainers, yoga, pilates. Some of it took the edge off for a while. Nothing actually solved it.
After enough rounds of that, I started seeing the pattern. Everyone was treating where it hurt. Nobody was asking why it kept coming back.
I found Functional Patterns, tried some things on my own, then ended up working with a practitioner in London. That's when it clicked. For the first time, things were actually changing — slowly, but in a way that held. Not a quick fix. A real shift in how my body worked.
That's why I went all in on this. I know what it's like to be stuck in a body that doesn't cooperate — and to waste years on things that don't work. I'd rather help people skip that part.
